And we know how to identify, analyze and manage the inherent risks built into real estate. But the fact that we focus all our efforts and attention on nothing but Nordic and Baltic commercial real estate is what really makes us worth your attention.

With us, investors benefit from both specialization and strong local presence. Whenever new assets are about to enter the acquisitions market, we are likely to be among the first to know. Or to give another example, specialization has given us a proven ability to continuously contract new grade 'A' tenants even in times of economic turmoil. In real estate investment, value enhancement is driven locally.

Our own professionals take hands-on responsibility for the quality of all our key functions – analysis, acquisitions, fund management and asset management services to our clients. We therefore use outsourced service providers to carry out property management and other operative tasks.

We target mid-risk properties. We therefore manage our assets proactively and 'hands on' to maximize their potential income and value. We undertake refurbishments, lease restructuring and other property.
