David Neil is the CEO and one of the founders of Genesta. He holds the overall responsibility for the acquisition team and has additional responsibility for the development of business strategies for Genesta, origination of potential acquisitions and investor relations.

With 20 years of experience, David has worked in both the American market and numerous locations in Europe. Before he started Genesta he was employed at Jones Lang LaSalle for 14 years, where he was responsible for starting up the offices in Moscow, Kiev and Stockholm.
David started his career as Asset Manager at Jones Lang Wootton and has business experience ranging from leading capital transactions and real estate development to leasing and performing valuations.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas, Austin, with finance and accounting as his majors.
