As Controller, Per Haraldsson takes responsibility for the quarterly reporting of the assets and supervises their financial reporting, analysis and corporate governance. Per has nearly 15 years of experience in real estate economics, valuation and analysis. Before he joined Genesta he was business controller at Steen & Ström and has previously worked as economist, controller and market analyst at Citycon, Rodamco and Jones Lang LaSalle among others.

Per has a Master of Science degree from the University of Gävle with a major in real estate economics and management.
