Heidi Launo

Heidi is on parental leave until September 2012. Lena Schreiber is her temporary replacement.

Heidi Launo’s position as Asset Manager includes responsibility for Finnish assets in Genesta’s fund. With 11 years of experience in the real estate sector, she has worked for both real estate owners and for service providers. Prior to starting her employment at Genesta in 2008 she worked as Project Manager and Asset Manager at Johnson Controls. Her career begun at Julius Tallberg Kiinteistöt Oy and then continued at Tallberg Toimitilajohto Oy where she worked during her university studies.

Heidi has a Master of Science degree from Helsinki University of Technology with a major in real estate management and a minor in real estate finance.
