Advisory Board
Genesta's Advisory Board members are senior executives from different business sectors that are well connected with real estate; the property business, finance and architecture. Their versatile experience both helps us to evaluate potential investments from different angles and gives us access to expert advice from a variety of perspectives. The committee will assist the Genesta management team by opening additional business perspectives and act as advisors in specific business decisions.
Jakob Grinbaum

Jakob Grinbaum has unique experience from the finance sector and he has been in the business for more than 30 years. He has made an extensive career within Nordea and was formerly Vice President of the company. He was also Head of Group Treasury for 20 years and Head of Group Corporate Development for seven years. Jakob is a Senior Advisor and currently involved in a number of projects in the financial field. He is also board member at SBAB and Fjärde AP Fonden. Jakob has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Uppsala.
Thomas Sandell

Thomas Sandell’s over 20 years long career stretches from architecture and design to advertising. During his successful career he has done design work for both Swedish and international brands such as IKEA, Artek, B&B Italia, Mobileffe and Tronconi. He has also designed several prominent buildings and furniture – the new Stockholm Stock Exchange building, Ericsson’s head office in London and numerous housing projects to name a few. In interior design his work includes Moderna Museet as well as several restaurant interiors. His prominent work has won a number of awards including the international Red Dot design price in 2001. He also holds 11 Utmärkt Svensk Form nominations from the Swedish Society of Crafts and Design. Thomas has a degree in architecture from The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
